Here are a few highlights of our recent success:

  • Developed the MAS Evaluation that helps examine key areas of revenue growth for organizations to outline potential opportunities and strategies for growth. This tool allows organizations the ability to determine their relevance in the market and determine if their assets work within their current structure to ensure they maximize external revenue. We have used this tool to help FCS and FBS institutions evaluate their options!
  • Assisted a major Division I Conference in securing a new multimedia rights partnership where they retained local sponsorship rights and teamed with an organization to bring national partnerships.
  • Led negotiations for one of the largest non-football playing Division I institution department wide apparel partnerships. This deal was done from start to finish in less than thirty (30) days and increased the departments' revenue position by over 175% from the previous partnership.
  • Contracted with multiple Division I schools including currently at Lafayette College, University at Albany, Loyola University, Northeastern University and East Tennessee State University on managing their RFP process and negotiation of multimedia rights to ensure the proper structure is reached for both parties. With our help Universities have been able to effectively decrease the time it has taken to produce the RFP and increase the bids from potential contractors leading to over 150% increase of revenue for select partners.
